I have to say C.Mac and the financial team there are exceptional, super attentive and supportive. I felt valued and heard and they gave me exactly what I wanted and followed through on their word. This is the only dealership I've ever dealt with that cared more about the experience and making sure I was ok rather then pushing just another sale.

Bought our Truck here after 3 months looking for it. Christopher Maclean was patient with our multiple visits as the trucks we saw online did not meet our towing requirements. So, we had to go through quite the inventory. Also, Kudos to Tylor Dias sales manager, we really went all for it on the negotiation and he gave us the best deal. We are happy with our RAM 1500 and so far it has been a reliable vehicle.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Chey and Dennis while getting my husband’s new truck! First of all I want to thank Caiden our sales rep, who did an incredible job helping us get into the right truck, for the right price, with the right interest rate over the right term! that would fit our financing needs but also get us the options we needed. I feel bad because I must’ve made him walk 50 times between his desk and his manager’s trying to hammer out the proper deal. He is an incredible young man who went over and above board to try to help us get into the proper truck that would haul our RV. but still be able to be used for a family vacation vehicle as well. Thank Caiden for your dedication and hard work in getting us into an incredible Ram 3500 tradesman! I also wanted to add that I really appreciate the fine work that Christian did in the Finance department. We had a bit of a tricky situation with our trade due to an illness in the family and vehicles that were no longer under warranty. Christian came through with flying colours getting us the lowest interest rate over 96 months making the payments incredibly affordable. better than our previous loan which had been at 84 months with higher interest. so once again, many thanks to Christian and the entire team at Renfrew for their incredible customer service. Had a great experience working with Chad, I was looking for a used 86 and had some inquiries about it. He was professional, helpful, and very patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to provide me with all the vehicle details I needed and put together the documentation so I could make an informed decision, without ever making me feel pressured. This was all within an hour of leaving a message on autotrader. I ultimately ended up going in a different direction, but I really appreciated the time and effort Chad put into helping me.
