This was one of the best dealer experiences I have ever had. I purchased a used Toyota 4Runner from Renfrew Chrysler this week and the process was smooth, honest and straightforward from start to finish. After connecting with Caiden in sales, I found him to be communicative, easy to deal with, highly responsive to my questions over text and willing to share everything the dealership had on the vehicle. When I got into the dealership Caiden was efficient in getting me out for the test drive, answering all my questions and getting the deal done quickly...it was a breath of fresh air to be able to conclude what is often a lengthy and stressful process in such a quick and efficient manner. We just bought a 2022 Dodge Ram from Renfrew Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, and the process was painless. The first part of the process was done over the phone since we live out of town. Leo was very thorough and gave us a video tour of the truck, and was also available via text or phone call as more questions came up that afternoon. With his help and the help of the business office, we found out we were approved for financing, and made the decision to head up to Calgary to see the vehicle. Leo, as well as Dennis in the finance office, helped us out without being pushy. They gave us the facts, answered our questions, and put up with our two toddlers that afternoon!! A lady who worked there brought our children some sticker sheets and paper- small efforts that go a LONG way when it's tough to entertain children for that long in a dealership!
We felt very comfortable throughout this process, as I have my own skepticisms about car dealerships. However, once we left, my husband and I both felt really great about how the purchase went, and we are grateful for both Leo and Dennis, who made it as smooth as possible. I had a great experience with Renfrew Chrysler buying a used car. The sales lady I was working with, Chay Calamusa, was incredibly helpful and professional. I liked that she was very friendly and low-pressure in terms of sales style and keenly interested in what car buying decisions would be best for me rather than in making a sale. She was extremely timely in her communications with me and followed up after the sale extremely well. Also, the finance manager Kevin Malaschuk was great to work with and very efficient and friendly with all the after sale documentation. I felt very cared about and the whole experience was wonderful. Also, since I was buying a used unit and there was one item that needed servicing to complete the sale I had the opportunity to experience Renfrew's service department. Chay set up the appointment and I was in and out of the service bay with lightning fast service. Thank you Chay and Kevin and the service staff at Renfrew.

Drove from camrose to make a deal on a Dodge Durango GT Plus and had the best experience with Chay, the sales specialist and Tylor, the sales manager. I worked with Chay, and still am on a 3500 limited longhorn I asked for a specific truck, and she showed me exactly what I am looking for. I haven't committed yet as I am in between jobs. I bought a used Grand Caravan at the end of May 2026. I was impressed with the significant effort the Renfrew Chrysler Dealership made, to revitalize and bring the vehicle that I purchased up to standards. Chay Calamusa was the sales representative who assisted me, in conjunction with her Supervisor, Havyn McCauley. Chay was consistently available and attentive in helping me throughout the process. Havyn, was very focused and we came a quick agreement, on the final price of the vehicle and value of my trade in. After I took possession of the Mini-Van, two small issues arose. Chay and Havyn immediately moved to rectify the problems I identified. Chay came and picked up the vehicle from me, returning it the next day - with both issues resolved. Just bought a new 2025 jeep grand Cherokee at Renfrew. From start to finish they were really great. I feel they were honest and upfront with everything and genuinely tried to get me the best deal possible. Sales rep was Caiden he was great a very straight up no bs guy who worked with me to get me in the jeep. Finance advisor Dennis also great took time to explain and make it all easy. Even tho I didn’t trade in my old vehicle with them they washed and detailed my suv no charge so it was ready for me to sell myself.
