I bought a used Grand Caravan at the end of May 2026. I was impressed with the significant effort the Renfrew Chrysler Dealership made, to revitalize and bring the vehicle that I purchased up to standards. Chay Calamusa was the sales representative who assisted me, in conjunction with her Supervisor, Havyn McCauley. Chay was consistently available and attentive in helping me throughout the process. Havyn, was very focused and we came a quick agreement, on the final price of the vehicle and value of my trade in. After I took possession of the Mini-Van, two small issues arose. Chay and Havyn immediately moved to rectify the problems I identified. Chay came and picked up the vehicle from me, returning it the next day - with both issues resolved. Renfrew dealership is a family friendly place to share your ideas of buying a car and a place you can make friends for a day who understand you like Chad Horton. Just bought a new 2025 jeep grand Cherokee at Renfrew. From start to finish they were really great. I feel they were honest and upfront with everything and genuinely tried to get me the best deal possible. Sales rep was Caiden he was great a very straight up no bs guy who worked with me to get me in the jeep. Finance advisor Dennis also great took time to explain and make it all easy. Even tho I didn’t trade in my old vehicle with them they washed and detailed my suv no charge so it was ready for me to sell myself.

I had a great experience with the service department! My car was towed in overnight, and they had it diagnosed and fixed by the very next day. I was able to pick it up right away, which made the whole situation so much less stressful.

Went into Renfrew this week to look at a Dodge Charger with salesman Caiden Bernat. I have to say, that out of all the cars I've purchased over my life, my two best experiences have been at Renfrew, over 30 years apart too! (Bought a brand new 1993 Dodge Shadow)
This dealership will go above and beyond to get you what you want at an extremely reasonable price. Kudos to Caiden and Rick for their attention and care. Customer service shines at this business during a time when customer service doesn't mean what it used to.

Austin was very helpful and patient in helping us purchase a car from their dealership. He was not pushy in closing the deal right away. He even checked back with us a couple days later to make sure everything is okay and we are satisfied with our purchase.

I had a standard Mini Cooper to trade in, and had plunked in the specs to the automated valuation. It gave me a less-than-ideal trade in price, but Chay convinced me to bring it in for a real valuation. I did and coincidentally there was a promotion going on, so the family and I had lunch and treats and entered into a raffle and won some cool hats.
The valuation was incredibly fair and substantially higher than online (and WAY better than from Mini Cooper in Royal Oak). After a quick test drive, we bought the Jeep Wrangler that I’ve been wanting forever.
The process was all so quick and easy and I couldn’t be happier to recommend Chay and Renfrew to everyone!
