I can’t say enough about the team at Renfrew. Team isn’t even the right word. It’s more like a family. From the minute I walked through the door I heard laughter and saw smiles. Within seconds I felt included in their positive energy. As a hockey mom, I was in the market for a Wagoneer for the space, though I admittedly didn’t know much about the vehicle. But these folks were shockingly knowledgeable and refreshingly honest. We talked about maintenance, resale value, and even the horrendous current gas prices. The icing on the cake was that they actually had the perfect Wagoneer for me, right there on their lot! A new vehicle is such a major decision. It’s easy to second guess yourself. But not with Renfrew. I left feeling like I made an informed decision, and had a family of experts to support me in my years to come of Wagoneer ownership. Wow! What a game changer!

Well this is 3 years in the making.. a while back I had the opportunity to trade a car in on a excellent condition 2013 Ram HD. Liam, the sales man at the time was hands down the easiest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Accommodated prices for somthing that was far out of reach, he made it happen. Driving out from SK on a Friday night, Liam stayed dang near until midnight to ensure we had the deal done and that I as the customer was beyond satisfied. This service is not matched over here. You ask why 3 years later? Well Renfrew reached out and it sparked the memory that I said he would be my first google review. I am not surprised, and proud to hear that the man Liam has made his way into Managment, with good reason, he deserves it! Thanks again Liam, you made our deals worth the trip. Serviced today for a flat tire repair. I rate service advisor April ( a lady ) a 10 out of 10. My experience with the dealership has been positive ( 3rd visit in about 2 years ). However, my rating for service advisor John, who initially started the work, is 0 out of 10, and he as a service advisor must work on a planet where smiles are prohibited, requests to come and look at a place where a nail was discovered were ignored three ( 3 ) times ( I had to Start Speaking Louder! ), and customers are always wrong. A message to management: please review this seriously. Thank you

I have to say C.Mac and the financial team there are exceptional, super attentive and supportive. I felt valued and heard and they gave me exactly what I wanted and followed through on their word. This is the only dealership I've ever dealt with that cared more about the experience and making sure I was ok rather then pushing just another sale.

Bought our Truck here after 3 months looking for it. Christopher Maclean was patient with our multiple visits as the trucks we saw online did not meet our towing requirements. So, we had to go through quite the inventory. Also, Kudos to Tylor Dias sales manager, we really went all for it on the negotiation and he gave us the best deal. We are happy with our RAM 1500 and so far it has been a reliable vehicle.

First of all I want to thank Caiden our sales rep, who did an incredible job helping us get into the right truck, for the right price, with the right interest rate over the right term! that would fit our financing needs but also get us the options we needed. I feel bad because I must’ve made him walk 50 times between his desk and his manager’s trying to hammer out the proper deal. He is an incredible young man who went over and above board to try to help us get into the proper truck that would haul our RV. but still be able to be used for a family vacation vehicle as well. Thank Caiden for your dedication and hard work in getting us into an incredible Ram 3500 tradesman! I also wanted to add that I really appreciate the fine work that Christian did in the Finance department. We had a bit of a tricky situation with our trade due to an illness in the family and vehicles that were no longer under warranty. Christian came through with flying colours getting us the lowest interest rate over 96 months making the payments incredibly affordable. better than our previous loan which had been at 84 months with higher interest. so once again, many thanks to Christian and the entire team at Renfrew for their incredible customer service.
