Well it’s a bittersweet day for the Cook / Austin clan. as we said goodbye to our beloved Truck NaNook! who rolled over 300,000 km last week. it’s been an incredible vehicle for us the last four years and has taken us places in North America that others only dream of visiting. Can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service we received from Caiden at Renfrew Chrysler! He made our trade in incredibly easy and smooth for us to do! His dedication to the fine details were greatly appreciate! the 2026 ram 3500 Dually’s and their redesigned engines and transmissions are incredible! You never know we might need to haul 36,000 pounds lol! It really drives like a limousine on the highway. We should have lots of power for hauling our fifth wheel now that’s still sitting down in Henderson Utah. Can’t wait for our next adventure’s in 2027. Thanks again Renfrew! 🙂

Had a great experience working with Chad, I was looking for a used 86 and had some inquiries about it. He was professional, helpful, and very patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to provide me with all the vehicle details I needed and put together the documentation so I could make an informed decision, without ever making me feel pressured. This was all within an hour of leaving a message on autotrader.

Been a repeat customer here for a reason. Amazing staff and service team! Liam helped me pick out the truck best suited to me, very great trust worthy guy. He wouldn’t sell you anything he’s very honest that way which is very hard to find in this industry. Him and the sales manager were great to deal with. Kevin in finance also gave me a lot of confidence when doing my deal. Very easy to communicate with. Last but not least Chantry in service did a lovely job making sure the few little things the truck needed was taken care of and was detailed like it looks brand new. Doesn’t matter your needs go to Renfrew these guys are the best! I won’t buy another new or used vehicle anywhere else.

I recently bought my 2017 Nissan Rouge from here, I was looking for a newer vehicle to replace my 2010 Jeep Liberty. When I tell you I’ve been having the absolute best summer all thanks to Caiden and the team at Renfrew, I mean it.

I originally came in looking for a “regular” SUV to trade my white Jeep in on. The minute I walked into the show room and saw the purple Willy’s, that was it- had to have it.

Caiden, the finance team, the shop and service team worked their ass off to meet all of my demands and have the Jeep ready for pick up just a day later.

Any concern I have had, they respond immediately to and it is fixed at no extra cost.

I purchased a used Toyota 4Runner from Renfrew Chrysler this week and the process was smooth, honest and straightforward from start to finish. We just bought a 2022 Dodge Ram from Renfrew Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, and the process was painless. The first part of the process was done over the phone since we live out of town. Leo was very thorough and gave us a video tour of the truck, and was also available via text or phone call as more questions came up that afternoon. With his help and the help of the business office, we found out we were approved for financing, and made the decision to head up to Calgary to see the vehicle. Leo, as well as Dennis in the finance office, helped us out without being pushy. They gave us the facts, answered our questions, and put up with our two toddlers that afternoon!! A lady who worked there brought our children some sticker sheets and paper- small efforts that go a LONG way when it's tough to entertain children for that long in a dealership!
We felt very comfortable throughout this process, as I have my own skepticisms about car dealerships. However, once we left, my husband and I both felt really great about how the purchase went, and we are grateful for both Leo and Dennis, who made it as smooth as possible.
