She helped me pinpoint exactly what I wanted, and even helped stayed in my budget! She was super easy to contact and was very helpful even after we purchased the vehicle. Stefan, the financial manager that we dealt with, is also super great. He answered all of our inquiries and was very great at the explaining all the things that we didn’t understand. format_quoteDO NOT buy from this dealership, I totally regret my purchase. Sales was good but after that they don’t care about making things right for you. Had paint fixed under warranty, was returned with a sloppy job so done again. 2 years later clear coat starts peeling. I bring it in. 3 weeks go by and multiple emails asking what the result is with no answer which was supposed to take 5 days. Finally got it in. Again returned with a sloppy job. Got a call it was fixed again and it was not, just tried to polish it. Came back the third time and was told by the fixed operations manager they are not doing anymore. Amongst other things. Now I’m stuck with a truck covered in swirl marks and to add to that a dent as well that the ops manager tried to argue was simply a body line. No one is answering my email. Do yourself a favour and steer clear. You don’t want to start hating a vehicle you loved because of people like them.
